Key Achievements:
  • Designed and initiated Project Portfolio Management for
    client, allowing for management to prioritize and staff
    projects in a timely and profitable manner.
  • Developed master project plan encompassing all current and
    future funded projects, focusing on timelines, budget

  • Managed the firm’s top priority project, a software upgrade
    for its largest client, interacting with Business Partners and IT

management staff. Extensive interaction with global regional staff
and offshore resources, mentoring and guiding them to ensure a
flawless, concerted transition.

Key Achievements:
  • Working with the Dell Managed Services team, managed the
    transition of the global HRMS (Human Resources Managed
    Services) Service Desk from in-house support to Accenture
    support.
  • Developed appropriate governance, communication
    processes, procedures and technology solutions between
    Dell Service Desk and Accenture’s Regional Delivery Center,
    supporting the Unilever end user community through the
    transition period.

Key Achievements:
  • Introduced project management philosophy to the
    organization, including the design, implementation, support
    and training of Project Management, Quality Assurance, and
    Change Management policies and procedures.
  • Developed standards for SDLC process, allowing for full and
    complete audit capabilities of all data, and processing
    changes, to the production environment.
  • Successfully delivered more than 15 projects on time and
    under budget. Major projects included the conversion and
    integration of two billing systems, and the introduction of
    late fee assessments.
  • Utilizing new methodologies, significantly reduced both
    project duration times and post-implementation processing

Key Achievements:
  • Managed the design and implementation of a Customer
    Profitability system, collaborating with multiple Business Unit
    managers and representatives, IT technical staff and
    management, and vendor implementation specialists.  
  • Supervised data mapping effort for eleven applications as
    required for conversion to the ProfitVision application.
  • Utilizing Analytix software, performed data analysis and
    generated timely profit/loss/activity reports for senior
    management.
  • Developed and maintained Problem Tracking database with

Technology Business Partner – Commercial Division, May 2000 –
April 2001
Principal technology liaison for business units within the Commercial
Division. Responsible for meeting with business managers to
discuss, analyze and review all projects in progress, as well as those
planned for the future. Actively engaged business and department
managers to develop IT support strategies and ongoing efforts.

Key Achievements:
  • Project Manager for successful roll out of numerous
    department-specific applications, bank-wide desktop
    applications, and environmentally required applications and
    support services.
  • Utilizing MS-PROJECT developed multi-plan project plan
    encompassing more than 125 active projects for 4 groups.
  • Managed a group of 4 technicians responsible for supporting
    and maintaining over 900 desktops across 11 departments.
    Primary force in reorganizing the Desktop Support Services
    group in order to provide more efficient and timely service to
    internal customer base.
  • Initiated Problem Management process for the Technology
    and Communications Department. Prepared and instituted
    SLAs between Desktop Support Services and user
    communities.

Senior Business Analyst – Credit Card Applications, March 2000 –
May 2000
Responsible for the review and documentation of workflow process
and online application screens. Worked with the development team
on continuity within the application, as well as identifying
improvements and efficiencies within the work stream.

IT Project Manager – Year 2000, November 1998 – May 2000
Responsible for all testing performed on each of the 876 business
systems used by the Bank, ensuring that all were compliant for Year
2000 and beyond.

Key Achievements:
  • Created testing process and certification requirements based
    on federal compliance mandates.
  • Led project team in the definition and execution of a
    successful, fully integrated Y2K test effort involving 25
    mission critical applications. In accordance with FDIC
    regulations, certified more than 750 banking computer
    application systems.
